Anyone can make something cheaper by cutting corners and pricing it for less. So, it's important to know what is and is not included in any cooling and heating system you choose for your home. Our Price Guarantee is our promise to you that you cannot find a comparable installation for less...or we'll pay you a $100.00 bonus over the difference. All we ask is that it be a published "apples-to-apples" comparison.

Our installation technicians are the best in skill, attitude and workmanship. They'll care for your home and complete the job with quality and precision. They wear floor savers, clean up when they are finished, and take personal responsibility for your satisfaction.

When purchasing a matched system, if the Compressor in your Air Conditioner fails during the first five years of ownership, or the Heat Exchanger in your Furnace cracks during the first twenty years of ownership, we will remove the entire unit, rather than the component, and install a complete new unit.

If your system breaks down during the first two years and leaves you without cooling or heating more than 24 hours, we will pay you $300 for your inconvenience.

If we do not have your new system operating by the date promised, we will pay you $300 for your inconvenience.

All property such as lawns, shrubbery, carpeting, floors, walls, furniture, and door frames are protected. Damaged property will be replaced or repaired. Protective shoe covers and/or hall runners will be used during all work in all traffic areas.

You will save a minimum of 25% on your cooling and heating costs, or we will refund double-the-difference of your savings not realized during the first year. (If your system is not meeting guaranteed savings, you must notify us immediately to allow us to evaluate your system's performance.)

Custom Comfort guarantees that the system we have installed, when properly maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturers operating and maintenance manuals, will perform as we have stated. If the system does not cool or heat your home to your satisfaction during the first two years, we will remove it and return 100% of your investment.
